So you then just need a way to cool it down on board using power supplied by the running engine. Then it can be put into a tank and stored until it is needed. When you need it a small spigot pops out of the dash somewhere and there ya go, free water.

nah, we just need a few ounces of Unobtainium from Pandora and we can run our ATVs for centuries
