Scrambler will not idle

Well, after several months and a lot of experimenting, I have found what I think the problem is (at least one of them).
It is like Ramman67 said, I pulled the reed valve out to check it and while it was out took a look inside. I can see the wrist pin. If I am not mistaken, that would mean that enough of the skirt is gone for me to see it.
Bad News, but now what?!?
How hard is it to fix this on my own? Should I look into buying a piston kit?
