When I get mine, I would love to have Maxxis Big Horns , but will probably just suffer with the 489's until I can save some cash.

Would you guys??
Big Horns are GREAT tires try to save up some coin to put hem on the Grizz!

Try them out, you may like them. They are a good all around tire, in my observations, big horns tend to pack with the mud we occasionally get here.
Secondly, have you asked if there are tire options? I'd be surprised a dealership wouldn't put any damn tire on it you wanted.

How are the 489's in snow? I will inquire on tire options when I buy.

I've never had a chance to go thru more than 12" with them but they were fine, even my son on a 2 wheel drive trail boss with them could go everywhere I busted a trail.
4 wheel drive is the key

Worth a shot, and if they work as well for you as they have for me... they are cheaper to replace than all those fancy tires.
