Default 2005 polaris sportsman 700 efi

Well i am new here and i have a few questions after i bought a polaris sportsman 700 efi. it is the 2005 dale earnhart edition with 200 hours on the motor. I also changed all the bearing in the wheels, changed oil and i changed the spark plugs. shortly after doing so the speedo quit working and my rpms are running low in between 980-1010 rpms and it seems like everytime i crank it they get lower and lower. the atv runs fine and the AWD still works. also underneath the pod there is compartment that has a few connectors which arent plugged into anything. i plan on taking pictures of the connections tomorrow and posting them but for now i was wondering if someone could help me with adjusting the idle. ive been reading and people keep saying something needs to be cleaned or adjusted and i cant seem to figure out what. thanks for any help ya'll can offer

Check your battery/connections. If it isn't holding/cranking out enough juice that could be your problem.

As far as the low idle goes, do a visual inspection inside the throttle body...If there is any buildup in there it will affect the idle for sure...Also is the air cleaner clean??

POD NOT WORKING.
Check the relays in the front box, make sure that they are clean and free from corrosion.

LOW IDLE.
Make sure that you have a clean air filter. Remove and clean the T-bap sensor, also remove and clean the throttle body.

Is your check engine light on?
