Update: I took off the primary and both the ptfe washers are in place. Things were dirty and i cleaned everything up. I havent removed the spider as of yet. There is still a gap in the ptfe washers/one way bearing assembly. I've attached a picture. If that amount of play is normal then i will still take apart the clutch and clean it but i'm back to thinking the issue is the motor mount/clutch alignment. I did get my clutch alignment tool today and the alignment seemed within the right range but i'll have to check it out again.
