remove the 4 bolts on the cover, then push the cam up and hold it then take a small screwdriver and pull the cable out and the little clip with the end of the cable will come out when u get the cable lined up with the slot.

 

I figured out how to disconnect the throttle, easy enough. I ordered a new needle/seat assembly, hopefully that will do it. Thanks.
