Well I've pulled the sensor and checked it with an ohm meter. It's with in .10 of being perfect for spec. My manual says +- .25 is OK. And now the bike starts and idles flawlessly from a cold start. Pulled the positive cable for 4 hours and still pulling a code 41. I went 10 inches down the wires into the wire loom and looks OK. What the heck is going on???? On these EFI's does the stealership have to clear the codes? Or could I have a break that's touch and go somewhere down the line, which I really hope not since it'll be a major pain tracing it down. What's the possibility that the sensor just had a duh moment and finally caught itself? I'm about to pull my hair out!!!!!!!

I would call your local dealer and find out if the sensor being out of spec by that much is enough to throw a code for it. It doesn`t seem like a lot to me, but it could be just enough for the computer to throw a code for it.
