Default Broke or Not?

Not sure if the front mount is broke. Also I believe my motor has shifted because it is harder to shift and I also have a bolt from a side motor mount digging into my exhaust.

BROKE! Replace rubber mount. When new one is replaced DON'T tighten bottom nut, remove clutch cover and while in neutral give the throttle a few quick revs! will sometimes align to where you can then tighten the lower bolt.if this doesn't help you can physically move the front mount in or out to where the belt is pretty well center in middle of front clutch AT IDLE and rear clutch doesn't turn OR at least you can stop it by hand.Should help shifting. BUT be careful with fingers!! OPT

yep that is common where they break like yours and then will set the engine sideways and sometimes make the belt grap. just replace.

FYI.......When engine mounts fail the carb mount likes to break allowing dirt into combustion chamber. Inspect components between air filter and cylinder head.

Thanks for the info and tips. Being that it's Sunday i have to wait till tomorrow to buy a new mount. The machine did surge forward when put into gear. I'm guessing thats why the exhaust was rubbing against that bolt to. I rode her hard and dirty yesterday in the week old rain soaked trails here in Mid Michigan and had a blast with Friends and Family. That mount must have been broke before that though due to the shifting hard. Once again Thanks and stay tuned because i'm sure i'll be on here alot more due to the awesome weather and i'm sure i'll be needing more info and help soon

She's all fixed and aligned as good as the eye can see . Checked everything I could with the carb and even used starting fluid around the area while running and all was well. I found one out of 6 places I tried had them in stock and since they were only $19 I bought the 2 that they had Once again I want to thank you guys for helping.
