which would you keep/buy??!

I have no problem powersliding on my 800lb xp850- my renegade 800 would pull wheelies around a corner and was quicker / faster then most larger sport quads.
I could never go back to an sra after riding an irs. It's a lot easier landing an irs than an sra- you come down on one wheel on a live axle- it jolts the whole bike and throws the rider... irs, that one wheel will move instead of the whole atv. SRA is great for a sand pit or towing, but anything else and I'd personally rather have an irs.

The Outlaw IRS is a very stiffly sprung quad compared to the Honda 700xx. Haven't looked closely at the 700xx shocks but the Outlaw has shocks that allow you to tune it as soft or as hard as you want. Whole shock body is threaded. I plunked my 350 lbs. on one and it had very little sag. If I was in the market for a sport quad for New England I'd get either the Outlaw or the 700xx just for the ground clearance. Just my .02 worth.

if they could just throw a small front diff in that sport quad to get through the sticky stuff- it would be on my top 5 to own list
Wonder how it does up against the ds650

And I speak from experience, not just shooting off my mouth.

Umm, I speak from experience too, but whatever. I have a 450 with exhaust, and my buddies 525 completely stock is still faster.

I have a 2004 TRX450R, but actually it is now a 480R with port & polish, Stage II cam and full Yosh system and I had no trouble up against the Outlaw KTM 525 or the Polaris 525.
And I wasn't directing my "shooting off my mouth" comment towards you.

ah, OK, but it kind of seemed like a blanket statement there. I have an '05 YFZ. I actually ran it with a Cylinder works 470 kit last year, and it still didn't feel as fast as my buddies 525. We never raced them against each other last year though. BTW, I am currently rebuilding it w/o the Cylinder Works. Decent kit for the price, but not up to serious abuse, lol.
