Nope, Beergut's right. Here in The People's Republic of Massachusetts, this video would not be possible unless you had a ton of money for the fines, bail, lawyers and impound fees. Since they passed the new (anti) ATV bill, the following infractions from the video would get you a $500 fine EACH: Trespassing on RR proerty, No Helmet, Wetlands Violations, Destruction of Property (trees), No Visible Registration. the Open Alcohol Container would be separate Criminal Charges and would affect your regular Driver's License and Right to operate a motor vehicle. You're looking at a $10K video right there.....God I cannot wait to get out of here!

 

plus- the modified exhausts / noise ordnance and mass would also hit you for having an assembly or a parade without proper permits because it's over 6 people- crossing a paved surface without a police escort (which they'd also tack on driving an unreg'd / un insured MV on a public way) and not only open containers, but under the influence as well-

(and if you run over a frog or hurt a bush- now you're looking at involuntary manslaughter of living organic matter)

sad part is- everything up to the frog would actually be a criminal / civil infraction
