Default Problems with new balljoints on outlaw

I ordered new ball joints from allballs for my 08 polaris outlaw. When I installed them the a arms do not go as far down as they did before and the shock needs to be depressed about an inch to get it in. the old ones the a arms could still drop about 1/2 an inch more than the shock. so everytime the front comes up the stopper will be the ball joints and not the shocks. is this normal for new balljoints? My thought would be they will soon snap off from the impacts. that and I can barely get the tires to turn when the a arms are extened and that could be bad on a big jump.

When I called them they said they will break in and I will get the clearence. I have never heard of a balljoint breaking in and allowing more of an angle without damaging the joint.

Has anyone had issues like this?

I guess no one has had this issue... well sad to say this is the last polaris I will buy. Not because polaris gave up on us sport quad guys but because I have 5 quads from them and am so tired of no after market support. Everything that is avail is 20% more than for other quads and thats only if they even make it for the polaris.
