i have a 02 425 polaris expediton and the lights stopped wprking and it stayed in awd and wont come out of awd. does anyone know if its the switches that are gone or if it is another problem.

 

welcome to the forum. did you check the battery voltage to make sure it is not over charging? should be around 13.5 while running, if more voltage like 15 or over then it could have blown the bulbs. if the bulbs are good then most likely not a bad recifier. did you check the light switch for connections or corrsionn? does any other electrical work on the bike? the awd shouldn't have any thing to do w/ the lights going on on a 02' model unless maybe a major electrical issue. just a couple of ideas to start with.
