I changed to the white,I'm in alot of tight twisting trail's that i can just make it trough(i pull a lot of bark out of the rims) I heard the green is REAL jumppy.
Im gonna get a green just for the mud days, they are easy enough to change(20min's)If you do a search on white spring you'll get all the answers you need.
I just did it 2 weeks ago and it's REAL easy

I added a green spring to my Blazer. I can't tell you exactly how much difference it made, because I also added a pipe with it.
But I do notice it egages at a much higher RPM then stock. It makes the machine a little more fun in the woods if you ask me. It jumps out of the corners with much better authority.

put white spring on 2001 trailblazer ... it helped a lot but did not hurt take off. It still ingages at a reasonable rpm so if you are in a touchy situation it will not hurt and cause a loop out. The green hits pretty hard and if you are at that loop stage you don't want to have it engage to high.
go white it helped a lot and is still usfull.

Sorry, I couldn't tell you. I only took the quad for a test run on a short gravel road. I couldn't open it up long enough to see.
I would guess that it would not add to much though.

I think it actually helped my ho on top end.my speedo will fly past 60 now where before it would take alittle longer.
