look around the headlight POD mine is on the left as your sitting on it or its easy enough to add one somewhere if you dont have one it comes in handy for air pump (tires and air mattress and such)

If it doesn't have one, add that to the list of things to get. Good for charging the gps or cell phones while you're out in the woods too.

Depending on climate I would say hand warmers were one of the best things I got. Other ideas, hitch ball, tow strap, tire repair kit, riding gloves, small cooler to attach to rack, rain pants and jacket, rubber boots, gun rack, ice auger rack, storage bags..

Not sure if the 400 is the smaller one they used to offer but the 12v is on the left side of the headlight pod on my 500.

I also recommend a good tank bag. I've got one from Polaris that I use for maps, binoculars, compass, lighter, spare riding gloves, and a camera.

A RAM mount around $50 and is great for someone who already has the gps. RAM Mounting Systems, Inc. That's all I can think of that wasn't already mentioned. They make mounts for cell phones too.
