I suppose this thread is meant for fabricated pieces for a POLARIS and while I own three, it's our LT80 that has the most fabricated parts.

Made these shock mounts. We put an LT160 front end on the quad and I made these to utilize the LT80 shocks. They are a two-piece design (each is a mirror image) that made fabrication easier.

Right now I'm making brackets for my Sportsman 800 to help retain the seat as the plastic is cracked and the part that rests on the frame keeps popping off and the seat drops!! It sucks!! So I'll post that (if it works!!!)!

well i had to make shock bushings as polaris does not offer them ......i also modified a set of ranger front springs as i had one of the stock springs break last month...

 

Jaymueller...nice job, you now just gave me an idea. Rather cutting the x brace have you considered putting a roller fairlead on it?
