Welcome to the forum! First thing off top of my head is to check the foam seal around the air box air inlet and air duct inlet tubes. Foam could be blocking air flow?? OPT

Thank you and has good air flow thought it was fuel pump but runs good once started and you can ride it as long as u want.......the water pump is leaking you thing that could affect it any mechanical seal is bad and have one ordered

Have had em run good with water pump seals leaking a bit,(customers have kept the coolant topped off) but has it ever gotten hot?. Plus is air filter and prefilter clean? Plus did you replace needle and seat in the the carb, jets clean and open? Have you checked/adjusted the valves recently also? OPT
