Bill:

I live near the Detroit Michigan area and am seriously considering the purchase of a Polaris for my first ATV. Could you tell me the name of the dealer and/or the location so I could avoid them?

Thanks,

Dave

Kagey,I've been running 7-lbs ,front and rear.I know some guys that run 9-Lbs,front and rear. The higher pressure does two things, one,it gives you a little more ground clearance, two,it prevents the tire bead from breaking away from the rim so easily. On the mud-runners you can get away with that higher pressure without it ruining the ride. The Mud-Runners are the best mud tire that I;ve ever personally road on.My bro John rides the 97 KQ with vampires all the way around, there is no comparison in the rides between the two quads.SUCESS IN STOCK,stay away from TownLine [Polaris Dealer] located in Flint Mi.They are a nice and friendly group of guys, they just dont have very good mechanics there.Jans in Goodrich Mi seems to do a good job.

JACK, thats the whole problem, you DID'NT take time to read all my posts,if you did than you would of known that I did go to the dealer first with my problem quad.I did'nt seek help from the manufacture until the dealer was at a dead end.So dont blame me, I followed the proper chain of command. It's people like you that sometimes react without thinking first, that look like the real dummies in here. It's Saturday,go take your quad for a nice long refreshing ride, and come on back in here and Re-Group.Hope you have a Super day----BILL

BILL - Why don't you just go buy a Honda and stop whining to everyone. If the crying continues I suggest we all take up a collection for a box of Kleenex.

AW Come on Jack don,t get him started again things are just beginning to look bright for him again you can almost see the new optimism in his post since he started making some progress settling this issue. I to was growing tired of seeing his post everywhere I went. I am glad to finally hear something positive from him again .I hope he can get this issue resolved with his dealer and Polaris and be a happy Polaris owner again Lord only knows how unhappy he had a lot of us one time. (Just kidding Bill).
