I made room in my garage and am planning on doing a service and oil change as soon as I can. Need to order that A-Arm so I can make that repair, hopefully that will cure the pull I get when in AWD.

I've tried to upload a few pictures but keep getting a failed upload... I'll get some pics at some point to work

either try making the pic. file smaller for the up load or maybe put them on like a photobucket list and put them on that way.

When you replace the bent a arm, shake the handle bars side to side, then have the bars straight, get off the atv and look at the front tires and how they line up to the rear tires.
Every time I've replaced a arms,I've had to adjust the toe in/toe out. Best to have someone hold bars straight while you loosen tie rod end nuts and adjust. Toe out about 1/4-3/8" on the front edge of the tires. A straight edge held against the rear tire(1x4,2x4,etc) helps better than eye balling. OPT

I think you need a certain number of posts before you can post pictures. I can't remember who said that but I think it was one of the mods.

Finally replaced the A-arm, which was an easy task. Haven't had a chance to try it out but it did seem to fix the pull I used to have when in AWD.

Also installed a 2500lb Warn winch on the front, and purchased a 5' Moose Snow plow. No more shoveling the driveway for this guy!

Having a plow on your ATV is so much fun. I plow my Moms yard and the house next door just to have more fun. You won't believe the amount of snow you can push with your bike. I have Mudlites on my 02 500 and it pushes like a tractor!!LOL

I had a plow on my old Sportsman I used to have, I would prefer to plow my driveway with a 4wheeler than a truck anyways.... I can hide snow in a lot more places!

We had a few blizzards in Maine this winter and the 'Ol Sportsman moved the snow like a champ....
