Well, after waiting and waiting for parts to show up at my door step, I finally got the ATV back together last night. I test drove it around, making sure cooling system worked as it should and the 4wd worked. Everything worked great. Took it out again tonight after rechecking torque specs, and finishing up with the front rack, and again everything was good. Only thing as I know has been mentioned with John Deere parts, was the 4wd was slow to disengage. It didnt want to right away. If I stopped again, and took off, it would release. It never engaged in 2wd. Thanks Again for all the help. Even with having to replace the radiator I saved a ton of money.

 

Lot of work,but glad you posted the results! See if the JD roll cage might have better engagement and disengagement after all the parts break in. Keep us updated. OPT
