Did you ever figure this out having literally mirror problems you are i replaced everything but the fly wheel 🤣

 

Have you checked the grounding points on the bike? A few different locations should all read 0. I recall putting a couple extra grounds on my bike to clear up electrical issues. Is the pickup coil gapped to spec? Do you have one of those silly (but safety!) throttle safety switches? Are the contacts open? Is there voltage at the ignition coil?

 

Will it start if you use the pull start rope instead of electric starter ?
