From the manual, check the soldered wires on the ignition switch and the wiring on the stop switch. Pull the black wire from the coil and see if you have spark. Stator specs: Black to W/R 450 ohms,Black to Blk/red 800 ohms,Black to white 0.6 ohms,Black to y/r 0.5,Black to ground 0 ohms.
