Default xplorer luggage rack

So in bought my 99 Polaris explorer 400 know it needed parts and work. One of the items I knew it needed was the racks both front and back. So as I am looking for used pars because I do not want to buy new ones for over 200 dollars each I find myself having a hard time finding a front rack. However one thing I noticed is those that are posted on say ebay the front rack and the rear both appear to be the same. Am I right does anyone know if there is a difference or would a rear rack be able to be used for a front rack?

another thing I am curious about is what kind of grease does everyone like to use on the countless grease fittings on their quad?

The racks on my 97 are different; they are shaped a bit differently and the mounting holes won't line up if you swap them.
Here's a parts diagram to show the two racks, look on pages A7 and A9:

There's a guy in my area that has a bunch of parts for the xplorers, I bought a couple parts from him recently.
