oh ok lol my fan dose work im just paranoid about it over heating or something lol dident know the fan motor would die out if it ran alot but makes sence .... is there any way to test the fan without cycling the engine? ..... also im doing a oil change and was wondering is it absolutely necessary that i change the big black oil fiter ? can i just leave it in for this one ? im just capped for money right as i jst rebuilt the engine now im fixing the clutch i dont have the cash to go out buy the piece that fits on it then torque wrench and even the filter its self i like almost 50 bucks online

All you do on testing the fan is just jump the wires to a battery OR in your case all you have to do is use a pair of needle nose pliers and jump the two spade connector lugs on the radiator sensor. Just slide the two wires back a little so you can get good contact. The fan should kick on when the key switch is on.

Man I would at least buy a cheap Fram filter at Walmart if there is one close. Don't mix clean oil with dirty oil. Plus several different brands you can use. POLARIS 3084963 - Alternative oil filters

ok do you have a link for the peice that gose on the filter or can i hand un tighten it and also do i need a tourq wrench ? lol everything is always so complicated with machines now a days ... i might have to find a freind just to do a simple oil change

Just lube the lip of the filter with fresh oil,spin until the gasket snugs up, hand tighten 3/4-1 turn more.

ok so no tourqe wrench needed ?

also with the fram filter is there a certain size or anything ?

Click on that chart link I posted. Shows all the different filters you can use. Fram PH6017A is one of them.

ok and i can loosen and tighten the filters by hand ? im not sure how tourqed they are lol

May be on tight as they do just like car filters and tighten up over time. If a strong pair of hands can't loosen it, may have to use a filter strap tool or filter wrench.
