Default '15 570 Sportsman tranny noise?

I get lots of rattling/clunking while riding. Everything seems to be tight. Might be from the transmission, seems to happen most with the throttle in a neutral position going from slowing to going. If that makes sense. Any ideas?

Guess you're talking about the age old problem of gear lash or slack that most have. Engine power to the clutches, clutches to the gear case, gear case to drive shafts. There's a little slack or give in each area in power distribution and when fully engaged you can hear this. If everything was rock solid and tight you'd be breaking things fairly often.

Thanks,

I'll just live with it as normal operating noise.

Seems like on every model since the old 700 and 800 came out we had this same question or worry from customers. The more high powered and torquier the machine was the more this was noticed by mechanics and customers. Hard to convince some people that this was normal..
