Default Carb overflow!!

So the over flow on my sons polaris 50 was dripping fuel out of the overflow. I bought a rebuild kit and also ordered an amazon carb to put on while I find time to take apart the other one.

Put the new carb on. And it’s still dripping out of the overflow on the bottom? What could it be? It was a new car.

Yes the screw is tight

Default

Float is stuck or needle seat inside is not shutting off fuel flow, thus running out the overflow. New is not always better, a thorough rebuild set to specs is usually better!
