Aaen Performance has clutch kits for everything up to stage 4 for the 250. Aaen Performance - Polaris ATV Trailblazer 250

Also, if you can get hold of Rick at Ritter Cycle Racing he can tell you what you need for any of the Polaris 2-smokes. https://www.rittercycle.com/

I had Rick do some motor work on my 03 Trail Blazer. Great job. Found a used Aaen pipe for a TB 400 (will fit) and just changed the clutch spring.

Was the wife's quad and I was told not to make it faster. It wasn't much. But it was a whole lot quicker.

Quick is good. I heard that Rick also does great work with the 400s.
