Absolutly Kagey! That's what I was wanting to know the first time I heard about the Diesal. Why not in the 6x6? The 6x6's are pretty "sporty" for their type of machine, I am not saying they are a sport machines, but by watching them on the trails they scoot along pretty good. Especially the older 400. However, I never saw a 6x6 buyer put much stock into how fast it was, they were interestedin mostly load & pulling capability. Although I have ran into a few guys who only bought them only for the mud capabilities, which they are great at.

It seams to me a Diesal 6x6 is more logical than the current model Diesal. Just my opinion...

I think that I will have to disagree with the idea that a magnum V8 will out do my 1993 Dodge dulie Diesel. This sucker will almost spin all 4 tires at a take-of. I have a 1 1/2 ton camper that I haul around, and a 15 foot 2 axle Heavy Duty trailer that usually has 2 quads on it. I can go up the hill far better than an equally loaded 360. The V10 is another story, however, I will go a lot farther on a tank of fuel than he will, and very nearly as fast. I realize that this is a little off the topic, but I could not resist putting my 2 cents worth in. As for the diesel quad, the fuel system can probably be set up for more RPMs, and Power. I am a diesel mechanic by trade. I don't know about a turbo-charger, but what about a belt driven super-charger. sounds interesting. Later guys, Dave
