New member here and I just wanted to share my install process of the Harbor Freight Badland 2500# winch on my Sportsman 450 HO. I used an Extreme Max mounting plate from Amazon but had to do some minor modifications. Overall, pretty happy with both products. Will need to do some real world testing before full endorsing it but seems like a solid product for the price.

All in, I'm in for less than $100 for the winch and mounting plate so I think this is a great option if you are looking to save some money.
