Have you ever changed the rubber bushing's on a SP500 (mine is a "99" model) ? There are 8 of them on the rear 4 on each side . On the right side (muffler side) the bottom of the top two bushings, the one that you can't see unless you get down and look up in the piece of suspension. That piece has turned about 90 degrees and doesn't mach the one on the left side which is tight like it should be. The right side hexed part that has threaded hole on each end that the bolt that goes through the top two bushings and a bolt that goes through the bottom two bushings , will move in and out by using my hand. the other side will not it looks ok. Also the rubber bushings have been cut a little like the ATV was overloaded and went across a rut.
Has anyone else had this to happen?

Yes I knew a fellow who changed a couple of the bushings. He was about 300+ lbs and did not have the heavy duty rear springs on at the time. Since he went to the heavy duty rear springs he has not worn out any more bushings.
