I just ripped down the belt housing on my 99' Xplorer 300, and there was a lot of oil and grease in the belt housing. I think that the oil line is leaking right above the housing, but it might be coming from out around the clutch from the engine. I cleaned it up and put some of that instant gasket in around the housing to stop the oil if it is coming from above the housing, and no problems now, even in a foot of snow, but i don't want it to happen again. Any ideas?
