Thank you Jack and Kagey for your suggestions. I reconsider my tire option, as Kagey suggested. I'll do anything to improve the steering.
When I was shopping for my quad I test drove the Grizzly also. I liked the body design, but no IRS, air cooled??. But what turned me also off ,was the wire harness connections hidden below the right back fender, therefore completely exposed to the water, mud, etc.I did not like it,/it was the only technical thing I could judge besides IRS/ and I had my doubt about reliability right there....

I did have some steering problems on my 99 sp335. Tie rod ends seem to wear out pretty fast on the 335. I replaced the 335's tires with the larger tires off my 00 SP500. Man what a difference. The larger tires made a big difference in ease of steering on the 335, I put bi-claws on the front of my sp500 and they seem to do well also. My dealer even suggested that I purchase a set of aftermarket tie rod ends with grease fittings on them the day i bought the 500.
