SP400 Hub Problem

Hey Guys,
I Just changed my hub fluid and I noticed the one is seaping from the cap after riding for awhile. I filed it at 4:00 with polaris fluid. When I had it in AWD w/overide on and backed up staight it was ok, but when I turned the wheel the other hub would disengage. I would stop and go straight and it would be ok. Any help or sugestions would be greatful. Thanks
