I have checked the air pressure and the tires look to be toed the same. What else could cause my quad to pull to the right and how can I fix it?

Could be your tie-rod ends, mine does the same thing...the tie-rod ends are loose and worn out making the tire move inwards or outwards, making the quad pull to one side.

could be a stuck brake caliper, bad wheel bearing or a stuck hub.You need to narrow it down somehow.
