I'd like to see three towers built in their place, with the middle one much taller than the other two. That way, it would look like a giant middle finger, directed straight at the f*****s who did this."

It might also be a good idea to mount some anti-aircraft guns on that middle tower....

The middle building should also be the Control Center for a new system I am working on.

It will be a futuristic "shock Collar" placed on Middle Eastern foreigners entering the USA and also any suspicious persons.
The colar will be equiped with
(1) GPS tracking, monitored in the Control Center
(2) a stun mode that can drop them to there knees, activated remotely or locally by a voice command such as "THE"
(3) a kill mode, also activated by remote or locally by a voice command such as "AND"
(4) It will go into kill mode if tampered with.
(5) It will be bright orange in color and have flashing lights, so we can see them in a croud.
(6) If they ever touch a person not currently wearing a colar, it will also go into kill mode

Let me know if any other features need to be added.

I figure this would cost less money then WW3 and be very reliable, long into the future.
