Hey guys......I did a topic search, but didn't turn up too much on front wheel spacers. I'm looking for anywhere from 1/2" to 1" spacing so that biclaws on stock rims will clear the tie rod ends by at least half an inch. Highlifter doesn't show that they make the aluminum spacers for polaris models, and the graphlite ones start off at 1-1/2" thick. I would like some good ideas other than washers. Thanks.

Are you running 10" or 12" front wheels? I've got the durablue graphite spacers front and rear on my xplorer. They give it a wider stance and it's easier to stay out of the ruts. It is also more stable on hills. You should put them on front and rear. It really looks awesome.

meangreenmachine,

Did you go with the 1.5" or the 2.5" spacers? I'm only running 9" wide tires on the front, and 12" tires on the rear.

I'm not for sure what they are. I will take measurements tonight and see what they are. I am running 10's in the front and 12's in the rear on itp chrome steel wheels with 26" outlaws. I believe my front spacers are the 2.5" and the rear are 1.5". I will measure to make sure.
