First off, i would rather have 12" dia. wheels any day. Look at all the tires manufactures, was are the better mud tire sizes, all 12" wheels, right, except for the ones i have.
Next, the K&N kit, i dont know if they make one yet, but when i bought my quad in feb. there was such kit from K&N, BUT i did some research and found that the kit from a scrambler was the same. So that is what i have, and i have never had to make any changes. I cant say that i noticed alot of diference from just the K&N, because i added a suppertrapp IDS2 pipe kit at the same time, there was ALOT of difference if you ask me. I know, alot of people will disagree with what i say, but it is true, it will stay up with a praire 650 pretty good. (the 650 is alittle faster off the line, and through-out, but not much) if i took 150lbs off my bike, i bet it would be even.
