stalls out in reverse!
#11
ANDYEMS, what you want to look is the override wire. Not sure which wire that is, but if I'm not mistaken, you quad shouldn't use the all wheel drive in reverse without the override button pushed. If this is the case, turn on your key, put in reverse, and flip the switch for your all wheel drive. The light should not be on to indicate all wheel drive. Once you have found the wire that goes from the override button, unplug it and see if the light is on. If so, you found the right one. Let me know if that works. If it doesn't, I'll go dig out my quad and look to be sure.

I tried the Yellow/red wire disconnect today and it only eliminated the rev limiter. The 4wd was still disengaged, unless I hit the button. If anyone else figures which wire it is, please post it, so we can all benefit. I will also try the method ScramblerX suggested with the key on.
