Jbourrette,
I was wondering if you could help me. My girlfriend and I would like to spend a week and ride Quebec's trail system. The problem is that I'm having a hard time finding info. Basically, what do I need to be legal in Quebec? Dirt Wheels had a small article a while ago but the websites listed haven't been much of help. Any info you can give me would be great. Nice 700 by the way, how do you like it?

I think you only need an insurrance for 500.000$CAD and the trail pass, witch cost 100 $CAD without taxes.
If you want info on Québec trails, go to http://www.quadnet2.com/, and then, at section "carte de sentiers". Then, click on the region you want to go, youu'll find a map of TAV trails.
I live at the extrem south of region 15 "Laurentides", if you want to come to take a coffee...
Have fun.

Jbourrette,
Thanks for the quick response; I'll try to check the website tonight. I'm assuming the insurance is through the government (I've been told that for snowmobling you have to buy the insurance). The whole trip is in the planning stages, but hopefully things will progresses. Thanks again and happy riding.
