Scrambler tie rod info needed

I have searched the forums and found a lot of info on aftermarket tie rod ends. The one thing I can't find is the tie rod thread size for a 1996 Scrambler. Can anyone give me this info?

If you haven't tried the newer style Polaris rod ends, I'd give those a whirl. Keep 'em lubed with a squirt of lube, and they should last a lot longer than your stock units.
