I know this topic has been posted before, and I posted to it as well. Unfortunately the post I added did not refer specifically to the labels on the plastic on a Polaris. I tried a heat gun to peel the labels off, but the label is so thin, it just breaks when you try to peel it off. So whats the best way? Chemicals? Belt Sander? hehe

You might try a pressure washer or stop at a car wash. Once I got to close to a sticker on mine and it took a nice little chunk of it off.

Hell, I used the Hair drier too and it worked pretty well. YOu have to get the sticker pretty hot though. When they quit breaking off in large peices, and started coming up in jiblets, I put 2500 psi of water to it and took the rest off. I use carb cleaner to get the access glue off. The carb cleaner also leaves a good shine.

The stickers will break unless you have it heated up good, and you move SLOWLY when removing them.

I used the heat gun to intentionaly remove some stickers, although I accidently removed some off the hood and side with brake fluid & water hose.
