As far as I know, the CV joint comes by itself.

Try www.gorilla-axle.com for CV joints, boots, and the like. Lifetime warranty on their stuff.

For the lifetime replacement steering stem bushing, check out www.rittercycle.com or www.hpd.com for those.

Good luck (hope I spelled all that right)

www.boxbrakes.com or www.boxbrake.com for the brakes.
As for the hub bearings, you can get those 'off the shelf' at any auto parts store. Just get the # off the old ones, or take it in with you.

Just as a bit of trivia, the taper roller bearings in the hub are the exact same thing as the pickup guage wheel on an OMC 596 baler, down to the number stamped on the bearing itself.

Let's try this again:

www.rittercycle.com
www.gorilla-axle.com
www.hpd-inc.com

I double checked this time.

Couldn't get www.boxbrakes.com to work here, either. I wonder if they still are in business?

The Polaris 'severe duty' pads are far better than the standard as far as pad life, though. Maybe not quite the stopping power (but close) but last far longer.

Well, for what it is worth, my 1999 Xplorer 400 uses these Polaris part numbers:

Axle shaft bearing (2 per side) Polaris # 3554509
Bearing cup (race) for above Polaris # 355407

Hub bearings:
Polaris # 3554506 for the bearing
" # 3554507 cup for above
