wht complain and moan about the price and composure of the plastic, not one parson said that the their throttle broke from nornal use. all broke from abuse?, yep lets get stronger parts so the next time the throttle doesnt brake. ur neck does. well happy quading.

i would suggest finding a used throttle assembly from a mid 90s polaris. i have a 96 trail boss 250 and its is an all aluminum lever and assembly. it looks be close enough in design, when compared to my 02 scrambler throttle.
if i ever break mine this is what i would do. i could make it work if i had to.
