Default ITS MOD TIME!!!

The only one that I have had leaking is the o-ring seal on one of the caps. I have had my hubs apart and my seals looked good.

I guess I might be a little hard on it. I love to show the 400lb sport quad riders that a 600lb quad can do that too!!! Nothing like hitting a jump at 70mph with a battleship. Let me drop a site you guys might like to look at. Polaris hired my buddies dealership to build big bore kits for the Predator along with Rath Racing. WWW.KTMSUPERBIKE.COM Yes he is also a big KTM dealer!!! You can catch a shot of my Scrammy in his gallery along with my friends trailblazer 250 and sport 400. I had to pull them both out of that mud hole!!!

I have a question for all you. Does anyone else have problems with the front inner wheel seals leaking? I have replaced both and wonder if you have found any thing better.
Mine leaked. I replaced both and the one side leaked 3 months later. You MUST replace the wear sleeve if it has a groove in it. This groove totally messes up the seal. It is about a days work only because you have to let the adhesive be for 24 hours before finishing the rest...at least that's what the repair manual says. If you want a copy of the manual for the inner seal and wear sleeve replacement, e mail me and I'll send it to you.

Hey guys, how hard is it install the clutch kit and buttons? Any special tools needed besides snap ring pliers? I picked up a 700 belt today. Ya think that will work good with it?

If you have any mechanical abilities then it is very easy to do it. Just make sure that the secondary is wound right. Everything is easy. The buttons you just unscrew with torx driver and replace with new ones. The HPD instructions are easy to follow. Did it come with the red/yellow primary, gold secondary and 58grm weights? Good luck. If everything is done right you will really like the performance. Make sure your clutches are real clean and hands are clean when puting the belt on. Whipe the clutches down with rubbing alcohol. Check your alignment with a marker. If you need further info, just ask.
