Default Aaen Megaphone & clutch kit for Trailboss 325

Has anyone installed the Aaen megaphone muffler, spark arrestor and clutch kit on an 00-02 Trailboss 325? Would like to know what changes in performance will result from these mods. Want a little more performance from my 02 Trailboss without losing the bottom end for trailriding. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Does anyone have any information? Can't afford to buy anything else but want to have a little more performance.

If you want your Trailboss to kick a$$ then go with the Hotseat speed kit. They say it will keep up with a 500. I have seen these kits on the trailboss and it made a HUGE difference. I have not seen it go against a 500 but it does real well with my modded Trailblazer. It is not as fast as my TB but still makes for one quick 325 that would normally move like a snail.

Don't waste your money on the Aaen Megaphone Muffler. He may be a good clutch guy on snowmobiles but I am not too sure they spent the R&D on the ATV's. I could be wrong just my thoughts on the matter and from what i have took form some off the people who have there stuff.
But the megaphone I am pretty sure all you will get is noise.
I do not own any hotseat stuff but I can probley bet there's would be better they spent the R&D

Good LUck

I have the megaphone and a white clutch spring. (Do not get the Aaen green clutch spring...no top end) I can tell a big difference in mine since I put the mods on. One thing you must remember is that you'll have to jet your carb. When you pull more air, you won't really see a big difference until you rejet. And about the HSP kit, yeah, it looks good, but who wants to pay $525? Not me. I think probably the only way you would get a 325 to run with a 500 is a 414 big bore kit. There's no way a pipe and clutch kit will make that much difference on a 325. Oh, by the way, I do not have the spark arrestor. It's $75!!!
