Default 700 clutching

: my question is this.
how do most of the clutch kits available affect the ridability at slow speeds.for example.stump crawling, hill climbing over rough terrain etc.i find that in stock form my 700 wants to jump out from under me in these conditions.will a clutch kit help or aggrevate this problem.als which kit would you reccomend.27" tires are coming soon.
