Any Mecanics here
#11
I am a certafied toyota mechanic but work on alot of used cars and trucks. I have a jeep grand cherokee that did the same thing and I had to replace the track bar. This cured the problem. We get alot of chrystler products with the same problem. (m times out of ten this is the problem. They have a bushing kit for the track bar but it is reccomended to replace the whole unit.

I wonder if anyone has ever contacted the consumer product safety commision about that problem?? Seems to me it would be a safety hazard, maybe since Dodge won't respond to the problem, the CPSC could find out what is going on. Here is a link to their website where you can report unsafe products. Just an idea. May even hear that other's have complained about the problem.

Years ago I had a full size blazer that did the same thing. But with mine it was the steering stablizer. You can buy them after market stablizer kits pretty cheep...When you say bouncing around like bad shocks or are the tires shaking back and forth,If its the tirers I would start with the stablizer
