a good friend of mine just wasted his engine last weekend. we were riding in some deep mud & other rough terrain. somewhere along the way something knoked of the bikes dipstick tube allowing water & muck to enter the engine. after looking at the placement of the tube, we all came to the conclusion that polaris should protect the tube better. he (jerry) has an extended warranty & hopefully this will not cost him. if you own one of these bikes, keep an eye on that tube! weld a plate or something in front of it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

flush,change the filter, fill and act inocent..... he may get a new engine out of it. I think the Cv boots need to be protected better too.
