What Quad To Get?!?!

It's amazing how you can find used Warrior's for less than a used 300EX of the same year. Mine's a 2001 and I paid $3,000 for it with only about 30 hours on it and Renthal bars and some kinda handguards.

I have found really cheap warriors, but I still rather have a Honda 300EX. I have time to think bout this, soo will wait till I find a good deal. Is a honda 300EX a good quad for the woods. I will also be ridden in my yard and down to friends.

I've seen people that look like the only thing they would fit on is a Raptor, but they were riding a Blaster. I thought the same thing until I sat on one at the dealer and they have a lot more room than they look like. It's hard to explain, you just have to see for yourself.

300EX's are great in the woods because of the "legendary" Honda handling, but just wait until you get stuck in the mud and need to use reverse. That won't be much fun. There's about a 4 step process that includes pulling a lever on the left side of the engine with your right hand I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Hey, get whatever you feel is right, but my 2 cents worth is this: I had a 300 EX for the Mrs. and it was a nice bike. The choke is impossible to get to without cussing. Reverse is a pain in the butt to use. Other than that real nice bike. I would say get a Blaster. They're a dime a dozen to fit your budget and you can make it grow with you with pipe, degree key (cheap h.p.), move on to porting or big bore, there's a million things you can do to it, one bit at a time. My boys both have them and they love 'em.
