Default Tecate 4

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img] sup people, i was wondering if ya can help me, i need to know the goods and bads about a tecate 4, i want to start racing soon, so i need to know if i should get it or not

if you have quad experience and you are gonna race, then right now there is nothing better off the showroom floor than a YFZ450. Or you go the modded R path.. good power, excellent handling, no question it is the dominant force right now, but it will cost more to set up for competition...and four strokes are QUICKLY gaining ground; like it or not, they are the future of the sport.

tecates never really took hold in racing; they dont handle as good as a 250R; though STOCK they will blow a STOCK 250R away in a drag.

thanx for the help guys, i think i gonna go with the 450 , ive been riding for like 4 years now on a timberwolf 250, k&n filter / power kit ect.... and ive been wanting to race, and the T aint gonna get me there, so thanx for the help [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
