most torque in a sport quad?
The V-force makes good h.p and torque #'s but it loses alot in the CVT.As for the most torque, nothing can compete with the Zilla, with maybe the exception being the DS650.Zillas stock put out close to 50 ft lbs and mid 50's in Hp.The Cr500 and Kx500 are making around 50ft lbs and 60hp.
I would be wiling to say the current quads in production, the V-force and DS are the kings of torque.According to Yamaha of Canada, the raptor is only punching out 37 ft lbs at 5,500 rpm.Its funny that they only give torque numbers? The yfz450 makes 27 ft lbs at 6,500 rpm and the often quoted "torqueless" banshee makes 33 ft lbs at 7,000.
Bombardier claims 57Nm out of their Ds650 which equals about 42ft lbs.Kawasaki claims 59Nm which equals about 43ft lbs.
Check it out Yamaha of Canada and Bombardier Canada also Kawasaki of Europe.Take it for what its worth.

Wouldn't it be N/M? Heh it's pretty funny that this is brought up, but I'm learning this stuff in physics. Just for the rest of you, N means "Newtons" and M means "metres"
